Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (for orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging (especially important for baby bedding sets and nursery furniture)
- Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby bath toys
- Baby changing mats
- Baby towels
Exceptions are made if these items arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our Houston-based customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. For baby duvet sets and bedding, please ensure all pieces are included.

USA We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us. - Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)
- International customers: Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping times apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your baby gym, nursery furniture, or other item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
International Returns
For our customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will exclude original shipping costs and any import taxes you paid
