How do I choose the right product for my child’s age?
We offer comprehensive Age Guides (3 Years, 4 Years, 5 Years) and categorized products (Baby, Baby Bath Toys, Baby gyms) to help you select developmentally appropriate items. Each product description includes recommended age ranges.
Are your baby bedding and textiles safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely! Our Baby duvet sets, Blankets & quilts, and Baby Towels are made from high-quality, gentle materials perfect for delicate skin. Many of our textile products are organic and free from harsh chemicals.
Ordering & Account Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
Orders process quickly (within 1-2 days), but if you contact us immediately at [email protected], we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special notes?
Yes! Our Houston studio carefully packages each order with protective materials. Include gift message requests in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx after 1-2 day processing
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+): 15-25 business days via EMS after processing
Do you ship internationally?
We proudly ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Our Houston team personally oversees each international shipment.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love every Little Dutch product! You may return items within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us for return authorization at [email protected].
Are there any non-returnable items?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Baby Bath Toys or opened Baby Bedding items unless defective.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items and will credit to your original payment method.
